Quickcar, headquartered at Rua 3, door no. 30, Nossa Senhora Da Luz, Monte Sossego, São Vicente, Cape Verde, registered under tax identification number 298246996, undertakes to protect its users’ personal data in accordance with the following legal frameworks:

- Documents: ID or Passport, Driver’s License, Tax Identification Number (NIF)

- Fulfillment of contractual obligations

9. Cookies and Audience Measurement
The site uses cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work — namely to remember your chosen language and your decision about cookies. These do not require consent.
We also use Google Analytics, through Google Tag Manager, to measure in aggregate how the site is used: pages visited, country of origin, device type and interactions with the main buttons. These cookies are only activated with your explicit consent, collected through the notice shown on your first visit.
Declining does not limit access to any feature of the platform. You may change your decision at any time by clearing your browser cookies.
No data that directly identifies you — such as name, email, phone number or booking reference — is transmitted to Google. Page addresses are stripped of sensitive parameters before anything is sent.
10. Privacy Policy Updates
Quickcar reserves the right to update this policy, notifying users via email or directly on the platform at least 7 days prior to its effective date.
