How can I make a reservation?
Reservations are made exclusively through the Quickcar application. The website is, for now, available only for access by partner companies.
Is Quickcar available 24 hours a day?
Yes, Quickcar is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How do I know the driver is reliable?
Whenever the service includes a driver, everyone undergoes a verification process, including document validation and customer reviews.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept secure digital payments through SISP. The online payment corresponds to 10% of the reservation fee. The remaining amount is paid directly at the company upon vehicle pickup.
Can I cancel a reservation?
Yes, you can cancel your reservation directly in the application, according to the conditions presented at the time of booking.
Do I receive confirmation of my reservation?
Yes, after completing the reservation, you will receive an immediate confirmation. Driver details are presented only if the customer chooses a car with a driver.
