Delivery and Return Policy

1. Purpose

This Delivery and Return Policy sets out the general conditions applicable to bookings made through the Quickcar platform.

Quickcar acts exclusively as a digital intermediary platform between customers and partner Rent-a-Car companies, and is neither the owner of the vehicles nor directly responsible for providing the rental service.

2. Vehicle Pick-Up

Vehicle pick-up is carried out directly by the partner Rent-a-Car company responsible for the booking.

The customer must present:

  • Valid identification document
  • Valid driving licence
  • Booking confirmation
  • Accepted payment method for the security deposit

3. Delivery Service

Some partner companies may offer vehicle delivery and collection services exclusively at airports.

Any costs associated with this service will be defined directly by the partner Rent-a-Car company and presented to the customer before the booking is confirmed.

Quickcar acts only as an intermediary in making this feature available and is not responsible for carrying out the delivery service.

4. Vehicle Return

The vehicle must be returned directly to the partner Rent-a-Car company under the agreed conditions.

5. Security Deposit

Quickcar does not manage, receive, or return security deposit amounts.

6. Quickcar Responsibility

Quickcar acts exclusively as a technological intermediary between customers and Rent-a-Car companies and is not responsible for the direct provision of the rental service.
